Prepare the ginger scallion by mincing the green onions and ginger. Set them aside separately.
In a small pan, add the refined coconut oil until the pan is hot but not smoking. Next, add the minced ginger and cook for about 20 seconds. Then add the minced green onions and cook everything for 20 to 30 seconds before transferring it to a small bowl.
Lastly, season the ginger scallion sauce with salt and sesame oil and mix it thoroughly.
