Banana Waffles Made Without Milk

A delicious banana waffle recipe made without milk! It’s simple, nutritious, and perfect for your busy mornings.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  • Preheat your waffle iron for a minute or two.
  • Toss in all ingredients: oat flour, banana, eggs, ground flaxseed, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and baking powder into your blender. Give it a good whirl until everything’s mixed up nicely and smoothly.
  • Grab some avocado oil and lightly grease the waffle iron to keep things from sticking.
  • Now pour that batter onto the hot waffle iron, spread it out evenly, then close the lid and let it cook for about 3 minutes until it’s nice and fluffy.
  • Once they’re done, carefully lift those waffles out of the iron and serve ’em up warm. Enjoy!
