Preheat your waffle iron for a minute or two.
Toss in all ingredients: oat flour, banana, eggs, ground flaxseed, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and baking powder into your blender. Give it a good whirl until everything’s mixed up nicely and smoothly.
Grab some avocado oil and lightly grease the waffle iron to keep things from sticking.
Now pour that batter onto the hot waffle iron, spread it out evenly, then close the lid and let it cook for about 3 minutes until it’s nice and fluffy.
Once they’re done, carefully lift those waffles out of the iron and serve ’em up warm. Enjoy!
