Ingredients

ripe banana

cup
rolled oats

cup
lightly packed baby spinach
about 20g

eggs

tsp
baking powder

tsp
vanilla extract

tsp
ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat your waffle iron until it’s nice and hot.
Combine all your ingredients in the blender and blend until thoroughly mixed.
Take your avocado oil and lightly grease the waffle iron to prevent any sticking.
Pour the batter onto the waffle iron, spreading it out evenly, then close the lid and let it cook for around 3 minutes.
After cooking, remove the waffles from the iron and transfer them onto your plate.
