Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup blueberries about 20 g

Instructions

  • Begin by preheating your waffle iron until it’s warm and ready.
  • Next, combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and thoroughly mixed.
  • Using avocado oil, lightly grease the waffle iron to prevent sticking.
  • Pour the batter onto the iron, spreading it evenly, then close the lid and cook for approximately 3 minutes.
  • Once cooked, gently remove the waffles from the iron onto your plate. Serve them warm and savor every bite!
